Once upon a time, there were two feet.
The two feet LOVED shoes.
Their idea of a good day was one spent in these:
Then, one day
(or really 9 months worth of days x2),
they were unable to wear those shoes.
They were too puffy and holding up too much weight
and spent a lot of time in these:
This broke their spirit.
They lost their love of their old shoes.
(Oh, and they’d grown, so they no longer fit in those shoes.)
But that was ok.
They’d found a new love
and started spending all their time in these:
But then those feet heard a rumor.
They heard that it was possible to still hang out with their new love,
but they didn’t necessarily need to be confined.
They could run in these:
or even like this:
And the two feet were so happy.
They felt so free.
And they were ready to live happily ever after.
But some days, they still dreamed of these:
The End.
love it! Happy Wednesday!
Love this! And can I just tell you I have feet envy? Your toe splay is great–healthy feet!
Haha, lovely story! Mine will always run with shoes but they are also happy. They've been barefoot at home for nearly 48 years now so they should be.:)
I loved the way you describe going from sets of shoes to feet. You are doing great.
