Wanna know how you can tell?
I ran at 7:30 am in just a running bra and shorts.
I’ll let you digest that for a moment.
Yes, I got up early on a day I didn’t have to and went running. And I ran without a shirt on. But when it’s already 85* and 65% humidity at 7:00am, compromises have to be made. Also, I’m pretty sure I’ll be doing the same for the next few days…
Look at that. Three more triple digit days, finishing with potentially severe thunderstorms. Yeah, exactly what this area needs. We are only just now beginning to get back to normal – today was the first time since the last storm that I didn’t see a tree or wire down.
How are you handling the heat? Are you still getting out there or are you all indoor all the time now? I’m so over summer already and it’s only July. I hear Alaska calling my name. Think my family would notice if I moved?
LOL, that’s what I ran in this morning too! Yeah, i haven’t sweated this much in years…… Stay cool.
I promised myself I wouldn’t complain about the summer heat but Mother Nature is making it very difficult! Retreated indoors for the first time yesterday – it could be a long summer…Alaska sounds good 🙂
This weather is INSANE. I can’t handle it!
This heat just needs to go away! Hard to believe it’s been so hot for so long. Kudos to you for getting out there!
Looks just like our forecast!! It’s brutally hot here, but finally, finally we get some relief on Monday!! I can’t wait for it to be in the 90s 🙂
Brutally hot here in Nashville too – high of 104 today! Makes me long for fall running…
I know! I can’t wait for cool fall days!
It was super hot here until a few days ago. We’re starting to get some afternoon rain which cools things considerably ( it was only 88 yesterday. Booyah!). I’ve been up early everyday even while taking time off work because early morning is the only time it’s tolerable. But I’m not brave enough to run without a shirt…
hid inside all weekend 🙂
still hothothot.
