Getting faster

No, not while I’m running. We are getting FIOS today. Soon I’ll be able to read your blogs at a screamingly fast rate. Or not, ’cause I’m pretty sure it won’t make me actually read faster LOL.

Not a whole lot going on here. We’ve discovered that Jones is willing to cover a lot of miles on his scooter, so we’ve been doing family walks again. They’d been somewhat curtailed by Jones being to big for a stroller and too whiny and slow for a long walk. Yesterday we walked to the library and the grocery store, instead of driving. I love that we are able to do that.
Despite the typical gorgefest that is Thanksgiving, I’m back in my comfort zone for my weight. I’m at the high end, but at least I’ve hit the zone again. Last night I did abs and lower body again. I thought my abs would really hurt today as I was still sore from a couple of days ago when I did my workout last night, but today I feel pretty good. I’m still having a little discomfort when I lift my arms above my head, but it’s that good “I’ve used my muscles” soreness.
Going dark shortly… hopefully will be back online by the end of the day.

    I love that "I've-used-my-muscles" soreness. I have that in my butt today from doing lunges and jump squats yesterday. I love it less when I have to walk down the stairs, but hey… 🙂

    i love having a pharmacy, a grocery store, a skating rink, a library and my gym within walking distance… it's awesome. Congrats getting back to a happier weight and on your HBBC points!
