Today, Lindsay over at the Lean Green Bean is hosting a “Pin It” Party. I figured I’d join in and share some of my older posts with you all. In the spirit of Friday Five with Mar, Cynthia, and Courtney, here are five of my favorite pinnable posts. You can click on the picture or the link below the picture to get to the original post.
Why I can’t quit the half marathon…
One of my favorite winter soups – Turkey Sweet Potato
My favorite breakfast – Crustless Quiche
How we’ve managed to stay married (and fit) for almost 20 years.
And then there was the time I made my own marshmallows so I could make healthier rice crispy treats!

I love the half marathon! I wrote a post once about why it is the perfect distance. Pinned!
Sometimes I love it, sometimes I hate it, but somehow I keep coming back! Thanks for pinning.
pinned the marriage and fitness maintenance post! thanks for participating!
Thanks! And thanks for hosting!
Stages of a half marathon, yep, think I recognize all of those! And I have pinned the marriage one, I am probably going to need that….now I can officially say I am engaged! Woooohooo!
Congratulations!!!
I have a crustless quiche recipe I made this week too yum! I pinned your article on staying married & fit will give that a read this weekend. Fun idea!
Does yours have a lot of dairy? Mine calls for cottage cheese and shredded cheese and I’ve given up dairy temporarily (or not so temporarily…)
You could for sure leave out the cheese. It doesn’t call for much.
Wow homemade marshmallows. I never knew you could actually do that. It’s so important to maintain your fitness while being in a relationship. I think some people just get comfortable and lazy. Great job!
It was kind of a pain, but they tasted really good.
Love your marriage and fitness post!
