I feel like I haven’t stopped moving since Wednesday. I ran 20 miles on Wednesday, ran 12 miles on Thursday and dealt with a broken furnace, went on a field trip to Mount Vernon in the rain on Friday, ran Marine Corps 17.75 on Saturday morning and then flew to Wisconsin.
Oy, I’m tired and my feet hurt. (Yes, I am amazed that the only parts of me that are really feeling all those miles are my feet and toes. )
Moving on… Remember how I mentioned issues with my core during my back to back long runs? Well, I’ve joined with an awesome group of bloggers to work on that (for you and for me!)

Well done on getting all those miles done. You must be ready for a nap.
I’m impressed that you were able to squeeze out a blog post! Enjoy our lovely spring weather!
I don’t even know how you are still moving after all that running!
Excited to learn more about the Core Challenge!
I hope you have a little rest on your schedule. Wow, that’s crazy high mileage. You continue to impress.

Wow, what a busy week! I’m shocked that you’re not more sore than you are!
Impressive running week! Look forward to #RockYourCore with you all it’s going to be great! Have a great spring break
Again, you amaze me. I’ve been dealing with some lower back issues as well. I started taping my low back with KT Tape and it has made a WORLD of difference! I know it’s not a fix, but it does help with the symptoms while you are working on the problems!
