This week was a little crazy for me. I spent two days working the Brooks Calvalcade of Curiosities booth at the RNR DC Expo. Between that, a long run, cub scouts, and trying to squeeze in a few hours of paid work, I pretty much never got out of workout clothes. (Hence the “that mom” post.)
Sweat

For my 12 mile run (my longest since last March!), I wore my usual. I know that none of these chafe: Pacers’ race shirt (what you’ll see me in 99% of the time), Old Navy shorts (really wish they’d make these again. They have a much longer inseam than the current ones.), and Vibram Five Finger Sprints (Yes, I do have three pairs in different colors…) I forgot to take a pre-run picture and jumped straight into a cold tub (fully dressed) after I ran. Probably should have taken a picture of that LOL. Instead, you get the outfit after it’s been laundered.
Street

Did I mention I was kind of busy this week? Yeah, here I’m wearing a Brooks cotton T-shirt (cut for a man, so I had to wear a size bigger to fit my hips, sigh), Lululemon shorts (shhh, don’t tell Brooks), and, of course, Brooks Pure Connects (not that you can see them.) I totally stole this picture from Miss Zippy because, duh, I didn’t think to take a picture of myself.
OK, now that I’ve set the fashion bar about as low as it can go, link up and show us what you wore this week!
Love your Vibrams!!! I am in desperate need of a pair of those!!!
Yep! That is pretty much what my street wear looked like this week!!
Love the pink, and I so hear you on the Old Navy shorts!! That inseam is too short now!
Me too with the Old Navy shorts! And now, I cannot find a stinkin’ pair for long runs that I don’t chafe in. Argh.
This is a fun series… I’m enjoying checking out all the links!
Well hey, that’s a fun shirt, so there’s nothing wrong there!
