Today on Tuesdays on the Run, we are doing something a little different: we want to help you build your social media following. You have some options – you can write a running related post and include all of your social media links in that and link up the post. Or you can drop up to 3 direct links below. Or you can do a combination (3 links max please!).
We do ask that you play nice and follow back and/or follow some new people. And, of course, we appreciate it if you follow April, Patty, and myself.
First, make sure you are getting my blog via email! It’s the only way to make sure you don’t miss a thing! See the right top corner of my sidebar to subscribe…
Follow me on instagram, twitter, Facebook, and pinterest!
And here are the topics for the next few weeks:
- July 14 – Show Us Where You Run! – interpret this however you want
- July 21 – Alternative Treatments – do you use massage or acupuncture or chiropractic treatments to keep you running? Tell us what works for you!
- July 28 – Let’s talk “core strength”. Tell us what you do to keep your core strong. I’d love to see reviews of videos or workouts I could try…
- August 4 – Share your fall race schedule. I know you’ll have it completely set by then!
- August 11 – Who is your running role model or a runner you admire? Share who it is and what it is you admire in them.

Such a great idea with these themes – can’t wait to show off where I run and see where very one else logs their miles next week!
