In the last three days, I have moved about a quarter of the contents of my basement upstairs. I have boxes shoved under beds, under tables, on top of cabinets. And I still have more to move. Renovations on the basement should start in about two weeks, so I’ll be continuing the moving process for a while yet. I’ve also moved almost all the contents of my refrigerator down to the beer fridge. My upstairs fridge is leaking periodically, I think because of damage done by our rodent friend. {Insert EWWW! here.} Hopefully refrigerator repair dude will solve that problem today.
The most annoying part? My ankle is feeling tweaky from going up and down the stairs so many times, so no running today. :o(
up and down the stairs is a good workout in and of itself. cross-training!

I understand the up and downs. I'm so ready for some warm weather. It puts me in a real good mood. This stuff make me depressed. Hang in there. Good Luck getting you basement cleaned out. That can be a tough job. How is your running in your vff's going. I'm getting there. I tried to go alittle faster on the treadmill with them, now my feet are feeling it.

Good luck with prepping for the basement renos! That does not sound fun at all. Hope your ankle feels ready for a run soon – I'm sure your mood could use it!

all that moving counts as some exercise though! just think of all the stair work that is strengthening those legs 🙂
