We all know I can’t resist a race. I’m really kind of an addict. I’m not good at pushing myself when I’m doing a training run, so I need a reason to go harder and faster than my usual long run pace. Luckily for me, a virtual race works to push me as well. Add in the fact that my new training plan calls for some pretty significant tempo runs and I’m looking for any excuse to push myself.
So, when Gone for a Run reached out to me about their July virtual race, I was all in!

I love a great virtual with swag! The tutu is super cute. I’ve never run in one come to think of it.
I’m normally not one for virtual races (I spend a ton of money running 3 or 4 real-life 5K races a month) but that tank top and medal are super cute. You just can’t beat a nice tank top for running, it looks a lot nicer than most race shirts.
That tank does look super cute… very tempting! 🙂

I have never done a virtual race and I’m just not sure why. For whatever reason, I don’t trust myself, which is ridiculous!

I love that log off and go for a run medal! These are all cute and I really need to sign up for a virtual race soon when I know I can commit to it.
