Life has been kind of grey lately. No major problems (thank goodness), but lot of little annoyances. Yesterday was a much better day.
- We woke to and walked to school in a light dusting of snow
- I ran a really slow but PAIN FREE! 3 miles on the treadmill
- This came in the mail (Thanks to Anne Franklin Designs and Shut Up and Run!)
- Then a box of this was delivered.
- And then an email that said this arrived.
I’m pleased to say “congratulations coach”.
You have successfully completed the certification requirements
and are now an RRCA certified coach.
