Pictures from Crossroads 17.75k
Just for the record, the bottoms of my feet are a bit tender after Tuesday’s barefoot mile. My mom flipped when she heard about it and said they’d buy me some Vibram Five Fingers, so I believe I’ll be saving the truly barefoot running for the treadmill and running in the minimalist shoes outside.

Wow, all of these pictures are great! You look so happy and I love your smile:) I wish that I could take the ones that they took of me from the Minneapolis half but it will not allow me to copy! Darn it!
Great pics!Exciting news on the Vibrams – will be interested to kn ow what you think! I've been seeing them more and more lately.
gosh we are cute. Except that it's impossible to SEE the images b/c they're SO TINY (on their website). Uhg. That drives me crazy. I get that they don't want us to copy them and all, but I'm not buying anything I can't look at first.Yeah for the Vibrams!!!

Wow. Nice! Somehow I missed that you had this race coming up.I love the 10 mile distance. 11ish is so much nicer than 13.1. Looking forward to your race report.
gotta love parents, my Mom is the same way about some things! Love the smile on your face in the photos!
Love the pics, especially the second one, too cute!
great pics and thanks for the update on barefoot running. I think it's such an interesting idea, but I can't really imagine doing it myself. Maybe one day.
