I wore the below outfit to a yoga class and then threw on my running shoes and accesories and headed out for a very slow 3 miles. Running after heated yoga is hard!

I like this subject. I love seeing running outfits. I find it very interesting what people wear when they’re out running, and what their day-to-day living style is.
