As I mentioned in my race report from this past weekend, I ended up passing two guys at the very last second, just because I could. Amazingly, it was all caught on film. Major kudos to Pacers and Swim Bike Run Photography for not only catching this in an awesome set of pictures, but also allowing for free download of said pictures. You guys ROCK! (Numbers have been blocked out to protect the innocent. Obviously I didn’t know the photographer was there or I might have had a normal look on my face LOL)
I’m in firm denial that my marathon is just two days away. I haven’t packed. I haven’t even made a list of everything I need. I’ve been keeping busy cleaning and filing and doing stuff with the boys. Tomorrow I really need to focus.
Even better? My butt is sore. Not from running. From filing. Apparently filing uses muscles that running does not. Who knew?

those are great pics! In one race, I got beat by a speed walker in hot pink lycra, though I tried to race her to the finish. Luckily, that bum race had no pictures of the finish … or I would live in shame like these two guys must now do 🙂
